By 1968, the company invested in developing an additional workshop located in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, now Dong Nai 2 Brick and Tile Factory. In 1991, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Factory invested in an additional continuous kiln (LH3) with a capacity of 7.5 million tons/year at the workshop in Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1. In 1992, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Factory Investing in a tunnel kiln (TN1), producing samos B and C refractory bricks with a capacity of 6,000 tons/year and in 1993, the factory invested in another continuous kiln (LH2) with a capacity of 7.5 million tons/year at the workshop in Tan Van.

In March 1995, Dong Nai Tile Factory was transformed into Dong Nai Tile Company according to decision No. 199/BXD-TCLĐ dated March 27, 1995 with the foreign transaction name TUILDONAI, including 2 members: 2 old factories were upgraded to Factory 1 (Tan Van) and Factory 2 (Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1). That same year, an in-depth investment project at Factory 2 with a modern, synchronous Italian production line increased the Company's capacity to 85 million tablets/year, which was a breakthrough development step for the Company. This is the first time Vietnam has an automatic shaping line & flat roof tunnel furnace (TN2) with the largest capacity in Vietnam - 60 million pieces/year.

In August 1995, the Ministry of Construction decided to merge Vinablock Enterprise, which is a member unit of Construction Materials Corporation No. 1, located in An Binh ward, City. Bien Hoa, Dong Nai province; Located in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, it is an independent, state-owned enterprise, specializing in producing granito bricks and block bricks, becoming Factory 3 of the Company.

In June 2002, the investment project to build Factory 4 with a brick and tile production line and 02 flat-roof tunnel kilns (TN4.1 & TN4.2) in Khanh Binh commune, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province was completed. went into operation with a capacity of 40 million tablets/year. At the same time, the company received two Khanh Binh Brick and Tile Enterprises 1 and 2 from Tan Uyen Mineral Exploitation & Processing Company with 02 tunnel kilns (TN4.3 & TN4.4) increasing the capacity of the entire company. The company produces up to 300 million tablets/year.

In January 2004, the Viet Duc refractory materials factory investment project with a capacity of 13,200 tons/year at the location of Enterprise 3 was completed. The main products are HA75 aluminum plaster bricks, A moth, SiC silicon carbide spacers, ... with modern and synchronous technology and production lines from the Federal Republic of Germany. In 2004, the factory began operating and produced the first products with quality comparable to imported products and met the needs of many customers in the fields of: steel rolling, ceramics, cement...

In order to maintain and develop the brand of Dong Nai Tile Joint Stock Company - TUILDONAI, and at the same time prepare for when Vietnam officially joins the World Trade Organization - WTO; In 2004, the Company started construction of the Viet Duc Tile Factory, with a capacity of 1 million m2 of tiles/year - equivalent to 22 million tiles/year. With the most modern technology and equipment from the Federal Republic of Germany from raw material processing to finished products in Southeast Asia, the project has a total investment of 220 billion VND. In the first quarter of 2007, the factory launched the first roofing tile products from baked clay with superior quality compared to similar products on the market with large output, meeting domestic and international market demand. outside.

Faced with the booming office rental market demand, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Company has invested in an office building project with a scale of 12 floors and a basement, total floor area of ​​3,420m2 at 119 Dien Bien.
