3: Instructions for use:
- Chew directly: 1-2 stalks/time depending on conditions, use 2-3 times a day
- Make tea: Boil water at 100 degrees Celsius, put 120ml-150ml of water in a glass cup or porcelain teapot, add 4-5 Cordyceps stems (depending on size) and steep for 5 minutes. - Soak in wine: 5 grams of dried Cordyceps added to 1 liter of white wine with an alcohol level of 30-40 degrees. Soak within 30 days and use longer. Use 1-2 small cups each time about 15-30 minutes before going to bed.
- Use soaked in honey: 100gr of dried DTHT soaked corresponds to 1 liter of honey, after 1 week it can be used. Every day, take 5-10 ml mixed with boiling water, drink in the morning and evening before going to bed.
